1. FILL OUT ONLINE FORM/ ADD FRIEND
Enter your information and item's description and photos.
Once we receive your item information and photos, we will valuate the item and provide you approximate price range.
*Please note that the accurate valuation can only be provided by our authentication team. You may be required to bring your item to our store to complete the verification process.

3. SHIPMENT OR DROP IN
Once you are happy with the price offered, simply ship out your items or you are more welcome to drop by our Collins store.

4. GET PAID and SETTLE
You could directly get paid on the spot either from Bank Transfer, Credit Note, Cash, and WeChat Pay.
*Please note that for Bank Transfer payment, normally you will see the payment gone through and sitting in your Bank Account within 2-3 business days.

Please note that if the appraisal indicates that the item is counterfeit, a $200 appraisal fee is required to reclaim your item. Furthermore, if your products are appraised as counterfeit more than three times, you will be blacklisted by CollinsRain.
